How to Change/Reset the Password

1. Navigate to edumerge portal using edumerge.com or app.edumerge.com.

2. Click on Login

3. Enter the user name (username can be a Mobile Number/Email ID i.e., registered on edumerge portal)-(refer to image 1)

4. Click on continue once you enter the username.
5. Select the OTP login option and you will receive the OTP on the username you have entered.

5. As soon as you log in you will be redirected to the Change Password window and if not you can navigate from the dashboard to My account --> Change password (refer to images 2 and 3)

6. Select the option you want to receive the OTP on and click on Request OTP.

7. Enter the OTP you have received and click on Validate you will find the page to reset the password.

8. Read the Policy to reset the password and set the password as you want. (Refer image 4)
