Exam Definition

1. The complete details of subject names and subject short names (if needed to be mentioned in the report card)

2. List of the optional subject names. (for example language subjects, additional subjects)

3. Subject details with exact subtopic(rubrics, activities) that are part of the exam (for example if the subject is Art - theory or Art - practical)

4. List of exams class wise

5. Grading scale with exact decimals (example 90.25 to 100 - A)

6. Mention the Exam wise Subject wise Minimum and maximum marks.

7. Mention the Exam wise, Subject wise type of marks entry whether grades, marks, or text.

8. Mention Exam wise, the Subject wise displayed in the progress card whether grades, marks, or text

9. Please mention the calculation involved.

9. Kindly attach the progress card templates for each exam.

10. Attendance data is to fetch from the portal or teachers will enter.

Report card design points

1. Exact design of the report card.

2. If any image is involved, Kindly share the image of the same with HD quality.

3. Logo with HD quality

4. Signatures should be updated in the respective class teachers and Principal profiles.

5. If any instructions are to be added in the progress please share them in word format.
