Migrate Old Exams to New Academic Year

Post promotion creating new exams for the new academic year is now a one-click process. You can now copy all the old exams to the new academic year with report cards all by yourself.

Please follow the steps to Migrate the exams.

1. Navigate to Classroom --> Update Performance -> Define Exams --> Exams.

2. Click on "Migrate all Exams".

   

3. Select the appropriate option "Create & don't Disable" or "Create & Disable"

Create & don't Disable: By selecting this option the system will Create new exams without disabling the old exams. (Old exams will remain untouched and will not be disabled)

Create & Disable: By selecting this option the system will Create new exams & also disable the old exams. (Disabled exams are not accessible to Staff for marks entry. Report Cards will anyway be accessible by everyone).

Note: This feature should be used only after the promotions are done. This is a don't time activity (Start of the Academic Year) to be done every academic year.
