The article will help you to check the payment status of a student

Go to Administration -> Fee Management -> Utilities -> Transaction History.

Search for the student transaction history, Enter the student name -> select the date range when the payment has been made by selecting from and to dates.

Click on Get Details

This will list the list of transactions made by the student as shown in the below screenshot.

Check the status, if the status is 'No Response from bank' then click on verify.

If the status is still the same, then you need to check the transaction status in the Razorpay Dashboard.

In the Razorpay dashboard please check the transaction status using the order id.

If the status shows attempted/failed, then the transaction is failed then the bank will refund the paid amount within 7 working days as per the RBI guidelines.
